The Expressive Body (A Movement Awareness class series)
Our bodies are the containers in which we move, feel and process our experiences. These are stored somewhere within the body AND they are important to access if we are looking to healing and growth in our life experience.
During this series, we will look at the different body parts and the metaphors and myths associated with them. By doing this we will experience, explore and gain new resources about our lives and our reaction to life’s circumstances. This exploration will be based in movement, the body’s primary language, as well as drawing, writing and reflection.

Pulses, they are everywhere in our world…in our lives, in our bodies and in our music. In this playful exploration, we will look at how our life's different energetic pulses affect how we move and breath as well as how we act and react to life's circumstances. This will be accomplished by feeding the soul through lots of movement, some dialogue and even a bit of drawing.
Come explore the “pulses” in your life! Please wear comfortable clothing, which allows ease of movement and bring a water bottle and journal, if you have one. All levels are welcome!
