Living in each one of us is a story, a colourful palette of images and experiences located in our muscles and bones, organs and body parts. Are you aware of how to access it?
In this co-active introductory workshop for both women and men, we will use our unique, self-driven movements to enter into a dialogue with our bodies, the keeper of the stories. The body will be explored on a physical, emotional and mental level, as a way to nurture ones awareness of self, relationship to others and the environment in which one lives. This will be joined by opportunities to use creative writing, (non-literal) visual arts and dialogue in a completely experiential exploration.
This workshop will assist you in:
- Increasing your awareness of your story and how to use it to get more of what you want
- Reducing the stress held in the body
- Developing embodied communication and deeper listening skills
- Rejuvenating your innate creative energy and realizing how much fun that can be!
No previous experience in movement or art is needed!
